How can I book one or more luxury villa rentals?

How long is the minimum rental duration?
The minimum rental duration is one week. In some luxury villa rental Mallorca both arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays.
What is the weather like in Mallorca?
Seasonal temperatures vary, in July and August they can top 30°C with sunshine all day long! Spring and autumn days can also be very warm with highs up to 27°C. Winters have cooler and wetter weather, even so the temperature is still a mild 16°C. The most popular months for visitors looking for sun, sand and sea are May to October. The quieter months are very popular with hikers and cyclists, and even in the winter the Balearics are still “open for business”.
Can you organise a Transfer ?
As part of our premium services when you book a luxury villa rental Mallorca we are able to organise the transfer to the villa for you and your family and friends. This service is not included in the villa rental.
What time is the check in?
The holiday villas are ready to move into at 4:00 pm. to get everything ready for you and give you the welcome in person.

How do I confirm my booking?
After you have placed an option, you will receive the instructions to finalise the booking in the follow-up email. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the contract has been signed and the deposit has been received.

How do you select the villas in Ibiza or Mallorca?
At Ocean Luxury Villas we know how important is the quality and satisfaction of our clients, for that reason we inspect every villa personally to decide if the villa is in the highest premium quality to guarantee this exclusive level to our clients.
Can I host a wedding or event in a villa?
If the total number of guests attending the event is within the maximum capacity allowed at the property then hosting a dinner or smaller event should be no problem at all.
